SeeUs signals to approaching bus drivers that passengers are waiting at the stop or need boarding assistance. LED signals draw attention to the stop request, including in difficult visibility conditions.

Darkness, fog or the location of a stop can make it difficult to spot waiting passengers in time. SeeUs adds a visible signal to the bus stop. Depending on the configuration, the system can also transmit the stop request wirelessly.

SeeUs is designed for bus stops. Other configurations support applications at pedestrian crossings and near schools. The appropriate configuration depends on the location and the operator’s requirements.

How SeeUs works

1. Request a stop

Passengers press the button at the bus stop. Other triggers are available depending on the configuration.

2. Activate the signal

The LED unit indicates that someone is waiting. Depending on the equipment, passengers can also signal that they need boarding assistance.

3. Inform the driver

The driver sees the light signal. An appropriate optional wireless connection can also transmit the information.

Configured for your location

SeeUs combines an LED signalling unit with one or more triggers. Its robust enclosure is rated IP65. Different mounting brackets allow installation at different types of bus stop. The LED unit and solar panel can be aligned to suit the location.

The solar panel supplies the unit with power, with a battery providing a reserve. Operating time without sufficient solar input depends on the configuration, usage and site conditions and is assessed for each project.

Depending on the version, options include different LED sizes, adjustable brightness, night-time dimming and configurable flashing patterns. LEDs on both sides and additional bus stop lighting are optional.

An optional connection to a cloud-based monitoring system complements the installation. The appropriate components and interfaces depend on your application.

Multiple triggering device choices - tailored to your use

Depending on the application, SeeUs can be triggered by a pushbutton, an infrared presence detector or a smartphone application. The battery-powered triggers communicate via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

The pushbutton housing is made of robust polycarbonate. Versions with one or two buttons accommodate different requirements, such as requesting a stop and signalling a need for boarding assistance.

We work with you to identify the triggers and functions suitable for your location.
